Placing an order: Please fax in your order.
Verbal orders can and do cause shipping errors. In order to avoid these types
of errors, we urge you to place it via fax or mail it in.
Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Certified Checks. No COD’s.
Freight: all orders are sold F.O.B. Laredo, Texas
Freight charges are based on package weight and destination.
Damaged Shipments:
Please make sure to check your packages for any damages at time of delivery. If
damages occur and are not noted to your delivering driver, claims will be
extremely difficult to process and may be denied. This also applies to missing packages. Products that may arrive to your facility damaged must be documented correctly.
Processing a claim for products shipped via Fed Ex requires us to conform to Fed Ex claims policy. Damaged products must be kept in the original carton. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged or shorted shipment.
Returns: Please contact our office within 5 days of the receipt of your order. There will be a 15% restocking fee charge and freight charges for all returns will be the
responsibility of the customer. Credit will only be refunded on total merchandize order less the 15 % restocking fees. Freight charges on that order will not be refunded.
Unreported (unauthorized) returns will not be accepted.
Shipment Policy: Most orders for stock items will ship within 5 business day after receipt of the order. Moreover, during our busy season orders may take longer to
process.
